RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (EU, UK, AND REST OF WORLD)
We are happy to return exchange any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and be in their original packaging.
All sales final on discounted merchandise.
The buyer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping and customs/duty costs (where applicable). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending a return or exchange for a Return Reference Code and shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Reference Code, shipping label and instructions from us on where to send your return (this is country-specific). Return shipping costs and any customs/duty costs associated with shipping to the EU will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please allow seven business days upon return delivery date for your refund to be processed. We have the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
If the customer chooses store credit instead of a return or exchange, credit is valid for 90 days from date of issue.
EU SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within two business days, Tuesday through Friday, excluding Portuguese and American bank holidays.
All EU orders include VAT/IVA.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be addressed directly through the shipping company.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU
All orders outside the EU (with the exception of orders placed on our U.S. site) will be shipped from Portugal via insured FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days for US UK customers. Customs and duties for orders outside the EU will be paid paid by the customer. Shannon Bond is not responsible for shipping and duties or returned shipments due to customs/duties refusals.
