U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to return or exchange any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise except earrings within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and be in their original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

All sales final on discounted merchandise.

Please contact info@shannon-bond.com prior to sending a return or exchange for a Return Reference Code and shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Reference Code, shipping label and instructions from us on where to send your return. The buyer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping; return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please allow seven business days upon return delivery date for your refund to be processed. We have the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cannot accept international returns at this time due to shipping costs and international tariffs, duties and customs fees.

STORE CREDIT

If the customer chooses store credit instead of a return or exchange, credit is valid for 90 days from date of issue. 

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed within three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. bank holidays.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be addressed directly through the shipping company by the customer.

Any orders returned to us "return to sender" will incur a $30 restocking fee plus the charges for the original shipment.

SHIPPING TO UK/EU

UK and EU orders will be shipped via insured FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 5-16 business days. Customs and duties for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout and will be paid by the customer at the time of checkout. If the shipping service selected does not include duties, the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE US/EU/UK

All orders will be shipped via insured FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 5-16 business days. For all other non-EU countries/US/UK countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

Please note that SHANNON BOND is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers choose not to pay the import taxes, SHANNON BOND reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs plus a restocking fee of $30.
