RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to return exchange any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and be in their original packaging.
All sales final on discounted merchandise and custom-made items.
The buyer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping and customs/duty costs (where applicable). Please contact info@shannon-bond.com prior to sending a return or exchange for a shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without a shipping label issued by SHANNON BOND. Return shipping costs and any customs/duty costs associated with shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please allow seven business days upon return delivery date for your refund to be processed. We have the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
STORE CREDIT
If the customer chooses store credit instead of a return or exchange, credit is valid for 90 days from date of issue.
EU SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within two business days, Tuesday through Friday, excluding Portuguese and American bank holidays from our distribution center in Europe.
All EU orders include VAT/IVA.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be addressed directly through the shipping company.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US/EU
All orders outside the EU will be shipped from the US via insured FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days for UK customers. Customs and duties for orders outside the EU will be paid paid by the customer. SHANNON BOND is not responsible for shipping and duties or returned shipments due to customs/duties refusals.
