U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to return or exchange any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and be in their original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

All sales final on discounted merchandise.

Please contact info@shannon-bond.com prior to sending a return or exchange for a Return Reference Code and shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Reference Code, shipping label and instructions from us on where to send your return. The buyer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping; return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please allow seven business days upon return delivery date for your refund to be processed. We have the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cannot accept international returns at this time due to shipping costs and international tariffs, duties and customs fees.

STORE CREDIT

If the customer chooses store credit instead of a return or exchange, credit is valid for 90 days from date of issue. 

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. bank holidays.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be addressed directly through the shipping company. 

SHIPPING TO UK/EU

UK and EU orders will be shipped via insured FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 5-16 business days. Customs and duties for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout and will be paid by the customer at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, AND CANADA

All orders will be shipped via insured FedEx, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 5-16 business days. Shannon Bond is not responsible for shipping, taxes and duties for returns on international orders.
